Program Eligibility

Mo'Jiva's intelligent WAP crawler technology analyzes publisher mobile pages in real-time to allow delivery of contextual ads. The platform supports any kind of mobile sites, portals, forums, blogs and so on... To be eligible for the publisher program, your mobile site must:

• Use English as the primary language
• Content rich in most of the mobile site
• Publishers worldwide are welcome!

Mo'Jiva disallows mobile publishers with the following content:

• Any kind of illegal activities
• Adult-related or inappropriate material (including any profanity)
• Content relating to hate, racial discrimination, violence, or illegal group or organizations
• Sites that might violate IP rights of 3rd parties
• All content that is not approved by Mo'Jiva policies as determined at its sole discretion from time to time

Mo'Jiva publishers disallows the following activities:

• Incentivized clicks - your site may not provide incentives to click on the ads
• Fraud Clicks - any method that would artificially and/or fraudulently generates clicks is strictly prohibited and against Mo'Jiva policies. Please be advised that clicking on your own ads for ANY reason is strictly prohibited.
• Install code modification - you may not modify the ad tag in ANY way ... this would potential cause in appropriate tracking of your ad clicks/impressions

Important Notes:

Requirement Changes: The above policies might be updated from time to time. Even though you will be constantly updated of any changes, it is your responsibility to continue to adhere to the policies

Mobile Sites Updates: Mo'Jiva QC team will constantly review publisher sites for any violations of the above policies. You will be notified in case of an issue and depending on the situation, you will be warned, temporarily suspended or deleted from the system.
